If you’re missing several or even all of your upper or lower jaw teeth, you can still fully reclaim your smile! We offer a proven tooth replacement option at our modern practice in Midland, TX with full arch dental implants. Our exceptionally trained and experienced doctors are uniquely qualified to offer this quick, convenient solution, an innovative way to fix your smile that offers numerous benefits over dentures and other teeth replacement methods.
We understand how challenging it can be to live with missing teeth—including difficulties eating, speaking, and socializing—as well as the limitations you have when you choose to replace them with dentures. Our state-of-the-art procedure for full arch dental implants involves creating a bridge made from a solid block of Prettau® Zirconia. These materials are highly durable, making them an attractive alternative to plastic and acrylic dentures. These precision-sculpted teeth are long-lasting and look and feel incredibly natural.
Depending on your state of dental health, we may need to perform a bone grafting procedure or tooth extractions before providing you with full arch dental implants. As a general dental practice, we can offer these and many other services in a single, convenient location. On the initial procedure visit, we make you comfortable with sedation dentistry before placing as few as four implant posts into each jawbone. We do this using customized surgical guides that facilitate highly precise placement for a great look and fit. We then send you home to allow the implant site to begin healing. You return to our office the next day to have your temporary (provisional) bridge put in place. This is custom-created to fit you by our lab and will enable you to eat, smile, and speak naturally almost immediately.
Your implant post sites will fully heal and become integrated into your jawbone—a process called osseointegration—generally within six months of placement. Once this has happened, you will come back to our Midland, TX office to receive your final bridge and can begin enjoying a more normal, satisfying life. If you have multiple missing teeth in your upper and/or lower jaw and desire a natural looking, permanent solution for restoring your smile, full arch replacement is ideal.
