Dr. Thompson built his career on a simple conviction: patients deserve the highest level of skill and integrity, delivered like they're more than the teeth being treated. That philosophy took root at the University of the Pacific's Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry — a program famous for its intense, hands-on training and its "Humanistic Approach" to patient care — which he reached after undergraduate studies at Arizona State University and a two-year mission for his church. He has since poured more than 2,500 hours of continuing education into implant dentistry, earning board certification from the American Board of Oral Implantology and a faculty role teaching other dentists how to surgically place and restore implants. He has been treating full-arch implant cases since 2009.

Personal life
Dr. Thompson grew up across several states but claims Arizona as home — much of his childhood was spent on his grandparents' dairy farm in Duncan. After six years practicing dentistry in Arizona, he and his wife Tara chose Midland as their family's next chapter, and they're proud to call themselves Texans now. Away from the office, you'll find him with his wife and three kids, outdoors, on a snowboard, on the jujitsu mat, serving at church, or deep in a good book.

For Dr. Green, dentistry has always been about the people in the chair. "Being entrusted with someone's oral health is both humbling and encouraging," he says — and it shapes how he practices: unhurried, reassuring, and genuinely curious about every patient's life, experiences, and philosophies. He treats patients like an extension of his own family, and the relationships he builds are what make his days rewarding. Dr. Green earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of the Pacific after a biology degree at Arizona State, and he hasn't stopped studying since. His focus is cosmetic dentistry, built on hundreds of hours of advanced training across cosmetic, restorative, sedation, and endodontic dentistry plus clear aligner therapy, with ongoing education at Seattle's renowned Kois Center.

Personal life
A native of Snowflake, Arizona, Dr. Green now calls Midland home — a community of friends and neighbors that feels more like family. Most of his time outside the practice belongs to his kids: movie nights, school functions, musicals and plays, athletic events, art, and road trips whenever possible (Disney being a family favorite). When he carves out a moment for himself, it's usually on a bike, on the golf course, or in a great book.
